With over 15 years of experience guiding founders to stronger results, she has supported more than 70 businesses in launching new revenue streams, tripling profits, and expanding operations. As the creator of Alignment Architecture™, she bridges operational excellence with meaningful leadership — Brené Brown meets Simon Sinek, with the structure of EOS and the precision of an architect.

Her background as a U.S. Navy Veteran deeply influences her approach to leadership and systems. In environments where precision and clarity are non-negotiable, she learned early on that structure doesn't stifle freedom; it creates it. This foundational belief drives her work with growth-stage founders today.

Most consultants focus entirely on the structural architecture—the org charts, the meeting rhythms, the KPIs. Dori recognized that these systems frequently plateau because they fail to address the founder's identity. If a founder's internal wiring still demands control, no accountability chart will fix the bottleneck.

This realization led to the development of Alignment Architecture™, a methodology that works simultaneously above and below the waterline. It addresses the operational mechanics while simultaneously evolving the founder's role from Operator to Architect, and eventually, to Chairman.
